Warm-up (No Measure)

Clothespins: Give 5-7 clothes pins per person. On ‚go,’ each person must get rid of their clothes pins by pinning them on someone else. Only one pin at a time!! The game continues for about 5 mins, or until someone wins by giving all of their clothespins away.


A: Metcon (No Measure)
