Warm-up:
2 Rounds of:
:60 easy run
50 Jumping Jacks
20 Air Squats
10 No Push Up Burpees
Take 5-7 Minutes for Double Under Skill Practice!
Amrap10
200m run
50 DU/ 100 SU
25 Jumping Squats
Rest 5 minutes then repeat the Amrap.
Score: total number of reps. Every 100m are 1 rep.
Take at least five minutes to stretch.
For example: forward fold, pigeon, lizard etc.
