Warm-Up:

Go for an easy 7-10 minute run. EMOM starting with the first minute do 3 No Push-Up Burpees.

E6MOM36:

Run 400m, then Amrep Burpees until 4 minutes are over. Rest for two minutes. Repeat 6 times.

Score ist total number of Burpees.
