Warm-Up:

400m run, then:

3 Rounds of:

20 Walking Lunges + Twist

10 No Push up Burpees

5 Walkouts to plank and back

Then:

:60 pigeon/side

:60 Deep squat work

Strength: 7 Rounds of:

60 sec on / 60 sec off:

:30 Wallsit, then Amrap Jumping Lunges

Amrap 10: (RX/RX+)

10 Burpees / Burpee Box Jump Over

10 Sit ups / V-Ups

10 Mountain Climber each side ( 10/10 )
