Warm-Up:

Easy 200m run

Then 3 Rounds of:

10 Air Squats

7 Push Ups

4 V-Ups

1 Dive Bomber

Then:

:90 Puppy Dog

WOD: Amrap 20 / Rx+: Amrap 30

30 Air Squats

15 Push Ups

30 Walking Lunges / Lunge Steps ( 15/15 )

15 Burpees

30 Sit Ups

Goal: Try to move controlled and steady. Don’t be a first round Hero.
