Warm Up:

400m run, then 2 Rounds of:

10 Burpees

10 Squat Jumps

10 Hollow Rocks

10 Dogs and Birds

Core:

Tabata: V-Ups

Rest 2 minutes

Tabata: Supermans

Metcon:

E2MOM until failure

10 Push Ups

20 Air Squats

After every Round add 2 Reps per Movement
