10 Walkouts into Plank + Push Up

20 Sit Ups

30 Walking Lunges

20 Single Leg V-UPs

10 Dive Bomber

Strength:

:40 (weighted) wall sit straight into 20 Jumping Squats ( as explosive as possible )

Rest as need between sets, but no more than 3 minutes.

15 Burpees to target

20 Jumping Lunges (10/10)
