Go for an easy 400m run

Then 3 Rounds of:

20 Lunges + Twist

5 Russian Baby Makers

Metcon:

Go for a 30minute run. E5MOM do 40 Air Squats. Workout starts with the 40 Air Squats.

Min 1: Max V-Ups

Min 2: 45 sec side plank right

Min 3: 45 sec side plank left

Min 4: Rest
