Accessory Work

A: Snatch Balance (Heavy Single)

Build to a heavy Single in 12 Sets;

Start every 1:15Min;

Add weight only when Form is good.

B: Hang Snatch (7 Sets x 2 Reps)

Catch the Bar in a Squat position;

Every 1:15Min;

C: Snatch Pull (3 Sets x 3 Reps @100% of 1RM)
