Warm-up (No Measure)
Up: blow up 5-10 balloons depending on the number of children playing. The more balloons, the more challenging the game. In preparation, blow up the balloons earlier in the day and write a movement on each one (burpees, tuck jumps, sit ups, etc.). Using cones, set boundaries that are appropriate for the size of the group. The object of the game is to keep all the balloons in the air at the same time. BEfore each round, the trainer chooses the number of repetitions to do for the balloons in the air. The trainer then throws out the balloons. When a balloon hits the ground, the whole class does the movement that is written on it.
