Toes 2 Bar, while Partner holds a Handstand
Synchro Burpees Over Bar
Only perform a Deadlift while the Partner holds the Deadlift with extended knees and hip.
Perform a Minimum of 3 Reps before you can switch.
Only perform T2B while the partner holds the Handstand. Switch when 1 Partner comes down.
